Dr Lieberman obtained an undergraduate degree (B.A.) from Northwestern University in 1977. He went on to get his M.D. at Keck School of Medicine of USC. From there he went to Portland Oregon to do his Urology residency under Dr John M. Barry at Oregon Health and Science University.

From 1982 to 2014 he practiced at Kaiser Permanente in Oregon and Washington, where he served at Chief of Urology for 27 years. He was an assistant affiliate clinical professor at O.H.S.U. where he helped train urology residents.

The Perpetual Learner: Joseph M. McCulloch, Jr., PT, PhD, CWS®, FAPTA

Dr. McCulloch graduated from the Medical College of Virginia/Virginia Commonwealth University, Program in Physical Therapy in 1972. Following graduation, he was commissioned as a Lieutenant JG in the United States Public Health Service and stationed at the Manhattan Outpatient Clinic. After four years of service, he was transferred to the USPHS Marine Hospital in New Orleans, where he served as Deputy Chief of Physical Therapy. Upon leaving the service in 1979, Dr. McCulloch joined the faculty of the physical therapy program at Louisiana State University and was soon asked to open a branch campus at the Medical Center in Shreveport, LA.

Rochelle Frank MD received her medical degree at University of California San Diego, attended Neurology residency at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and received fellowship training in Neurophysiology at University of California Davis. She has been an Associate Professor of Neurology and Neurology Clerkship Director at California Northstate University College of Medicine since 2016. Before that time she worked for 18 years as a general Neurologist at Kaiser Permanente in Roseville California. She is board certified in Neurology and Clinical Neurophysiology and received additional board certifications in Integrative Medicine from the ABoIM (American Board of Integrative Medicine) in 2016 and the ABIHM in 2012.

The Joint Chief: Dr. Benjamin Schwartz, MD

Benjamin J. Schwartz, MD is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon specializing in the surgical and non-surgical treatment of arthritis of the hip and knee including total joint replacement and revision. Dr. Schwartz attended the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, VA where he was one of a select group of incoming freshman designated as a James Monroe Scholar. While in college, Dr. Schwartz participated in scientific research investigating genes involved in the development of the vascular system. After graduating with high honors from William and Mary, Dr. Schwartz attended the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society, graduating in the top 10% of his class. Dr. Schwartz obtained his certification from the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery in 2010 and is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons as well as both the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons and International Congress of Joint Replacement, two specialty societies focused on the treatment of hip and knee problems.

Dr. Rajani Katta is a nationally recognized expert in dermatology and allergic contact dermatitis, she has extensively researched how diet can affect the skin and the body’s overall health. Her advice on skin care and diet has been published in many magazines and newspapers, including the Oprah Magazine, Prevention, Glamour, Good Housekeeping, Men’s Health, and the Dr. Oz magazine. She has been interviewed as a dermatology expert on the ABC, CBS, NBC, and Fox networks, as well as NPR and multiple radio stations.

Committed to furthering the understanding of skin disease, Dr. Katta has authored over 70 scientific articles and chapters in prestigious publications, including the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology. She has also been honored to serve on the Review Panels for the Archives of Dermatology, Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, and American Family Physician. She is an accomplished speaker, and has lectured frequently at national meetings of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Contact Dermatitis Society. She has also spoken at such institutions as the University of Chicago, Northwestern University and the University of Southern California.
